The Terms of Services below ("Terms") apply to the use of the web hosting services (the "Services") provided by Caprica International Limited, a corporation registered in the Marshall Islands, operating primarily from Hong Kong, Singapore, Amsterdam and Toronto, and doing business as Caprica Hosting (“us”, “we”, “our”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our Services.

Services: We provide a range of web hosting services, including but not limited to, domain name registration, shared hosting and virtual private server hosting. Our services are intended for use by businesses and individuals.

Payment: You agree to pay for the Services in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. We offer various payment options, such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Bitcoin and other virtual currencies, to make it easy for you to pay for our services. All our services are prepaid.

Account and Content: When you sign up for our Services, you will be required to provide certain personal and contact information, such as your name, email, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that you will not use our Services to host any content that is illegal, offensive, or that violates any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Data Backup: We will perform regular backups of your data to ensure that it is safe and secure. However, you are also responsible for maintaining a backup of your data. We will not be responsible for any loss of data due to any reasons.

Data Location: Caprica Hosting uses servers physically located in 15+ jurisdictions globally. Data residency requirements, laws and regulations, may apply depending of the location you choose your services to be hosted at, as well as your own country of residence. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they understand and remain in compliance with those requirements, laws and regulations.

Uptime Guarantee: Caprica Hosting aims at reaching or exceeding an uptime of 99.9%. Some factors independent of our control, including peer network connectivity, data center events, force majeure events, may prevent us from reaching that level of uptime. Customers understand that Caprica Hosting will not provide any refund or compensation if our uptime target is not reached.

Technical Support: We provide 24/7 technical support to assist you with any issues you may have with our Services. Support is provided through our support ticket system only. We will make every effort to resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible. Non-emergency issues will generally be handled during Singapore business hours.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on our Shared hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund within 15 days of signing up. We also allow you to cancel your account at any time, although we do not offer refunds for any partial months of service. Refunds are not available for other services such as domain name registration and virtual private servers, unless otherwise indicated.

Free Trial: Upon request and based on availability, a 7-day free trial is available for our shared hosting plans. This free trial may not be available at all geographical locations. We do not provide free trial for virtual private servers.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. The most current version of the terms will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our Services after any changes to these terms, you agree to be bound by the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Marshall Islands.
